Variant will design glass or nickel reflectors to meet customer specific requirements. These reflectors will house high quality lamps manufactured by VTI and precision aligned and assembled for OEM consumption.
  Text Box:   UV Lamps: High quality UV lamps are manufactured in our facility to the highest levels in workmanship standards. We manufacture standard and custom lamps of the following types: Short arc Mercury, Deep UV, Capillary, and Reflectorized lamps. UV Exposure Systems: Standard and custom UV exposure systems are suitable for general UV curing applications such as UV adhesives and UV inks, and UV release tapes such as Adwill©. Applications include industrial, automotive and medical assemblies. UV Adhesives: We offer complete line of UV curable adhesives in standard or custom formulation and packaging styles.   Customized Solutions: If you can not find what you need, you want to customize your UV lamp, exposure system, or the adhesive, or want a prototype, we can help.
