Our standard lamps include the following list: Short Arc Mercury lamps produce intense ultra-violate to visible light. These arc lamps contain Mercury and small amount of Xenon or Krypton gas to help with ignition. As with all arc lamps, Short Arc Mercury lamp operates under very high pressure. In addition to UV curing, Short Arc Mercury lamps are also used in microscopy, photolithography, solar simulation, I.C. printing, mask aligners and inspection systems, etc. Deep UV lamps are constructed similar to the Short Arc Mercury lamps except that they are made of special material with low UV absorption to allow transmission of much more deep UV (UVB and UVA). These lamps are generally used in applications such as photolithography, solar simulators, photo chemistry, etc. Capillary lamps are usually long arc lamps that use Mercury and operate at very high pressure, as a result emission efficiency of these lamps can easily surpass 40%. Capillary lamps can operate in powers ranging from .5 to 5KW. General application for Capillary lamps include semiconductor processing and projection, photolithography, medical and therapeutic (hair removal and skin therapy) and biological research. Reflectorized UV Lamps are our short arc lamps assembled into an elliptical or parabolic reflector. In case of an elliptical reflector, the collected light is focused at some distance away from the lamp that allows collection of the light by a liquid light guide, light pipe or similar devices. Application for Reflectorized Lamps ranges widely and includes UV Spot curing systems with a fiber. Custom UV Lamps are made to meet your specific requirements. We manufacture many OEM type lamps.
