UV Exposure Systems are designed to deliver sufficient doses of ultra-violate energy to a UV activated chemical compound. The systems are available in flood light or spot curing types. Variant Technology manufactures both kinds of systems on a customized basis, however, we offer the following systems as our standard (base) units. These standard base units can also be customized to meet your specific requirement.

VTI-700UV-Tray economic irradiation of Adwill type UV curable tapes

This low cost and easy to use system is ideal for development and testing of Adwill assembly processes as well as small-lot production. The streamlined design makes it ideal for desktop use, however rack mounting is an option. The chamber tray is easily opened and closed by hand, UV irradiation is started manually and ends automatically. Unit has large work piece capacity of

This compact, light weight, fully portable unit is truly unique. It runs from the wall or from rechargeable on-board batteries and cures most UV adhesives in under 10 seconds. Revo contains a 60 watt intense UV arc lamp that delivers UV energy directly to the work piece eliminating loss from light guide.
